Kitchens
A very large and beautiful full kitchen remodel. The entire old kitchen was removed down to the studs. The wall separating the kitchen form the formal dining room was also removed, along with the wall between the formal dining room and the den. Yet another wall was removed between the formal dining room and the living room. This created one large room, of approx. 1,600 square feet. The large beam in the picture was added to lend structural support to the roof. It was trimmed out in stain grade wood to give a solid beam appearance. New custom made plywood cabinets were installed and painted two tone gray. New vinyl windows, a farm sink, built in microwave, granite counter tops, subway tile backsplash, custom ship lap wall boarding, a customized phone/tablet charging drawer, a large pull out trash can cabinet, a custom wine rack, a custom pantry, and wine refrigerator were just a few of the improvements added. The island measures 8' x 4', and features a 4' wide gas/electric grill/double oven, granite counter top, a wine rack, custom spice rack, custom cook book rack, and extra cabinet space. The house did not come equipped with propane, so an underground tank was installed and piped into the attic (to supply a new tankless water heater) and then down into the kitchen via the pantry wall. A new 220V circuit was also added to power the electrical side of the oven. The gas line and the new circuit were installed together in a newly formed chase in the wall, then run underneath the concrete slab to the oven area. The oven required an oversized stainless vent-a-hood with lights and adjustable fan. Two new ceiling fans were installed, along with custom under counter lighting. A great deal of new electrical circuits, switches, and outlets were required to accommodate the upgrades.
We added a custom wine rack and extra cabinet space to this island.
A very handy, custom made, pull out spice rack.
Custom made charging center.
We recently began installing our own granite counter tops after years of subbing it out. This install was for a flip house, and we were able to locate some gently used tops, with amazing pattern, to save the customer a little money.
We installed this porcelain tile counter top in a rent house. It is a very economical way to renovate a kitchen.
